Young Love

ShikaTema's kid (didn't give him a name yet) and SasuHina's Mikoto. I don't know if I'll make more babies of the next generation, but all I know is that these two are going to end up together. There will be no Uzumaki blood mixing with Uchiha/Hyuuga if I can help it XP

You guys already know what Mikoto's colors are, and since I'm too lazy to color this I'll just tell you guys his... At first I wanted him to have black hair and Temari's eye color but I'm not sure anymore so I guess he has Temari's colors, so he's dirty blonde, with her skin (but a tiny bit more tan) and eye color (though lighter). His clothes are all black, when I was doing his hair I was trying to make it Temari like but he ended looking kinda like gaara, so I was like screw it and I based his clothes off of pre-shippuden gaara during the chunin exam...

So yeah Shikamaru's son (you know what, I'm gonna call him Wataru ) is a lot like him, he's smart and he's also very skilled in the battlefield (gets that from his mom), but he's also really lazy, like painfully so... At home in Suna he's always hiding from his mother, sometimes even escaping to Konoha under the guise of escorting his uncle Gaara there. And that's where he meets Mikoto, Wataru actually bumps into her, he expected her to rip his head off like his mom or Ino's daughter or Sakura's would have, but she doesn't and instead apologizes before running off.

Mikoto is nice and shy, though not as shy as her mother, but she still doesn't like the attention being on her. Which is why she shies away from the affections of NaruSaku's boy (I think I'll call him Kenji...), who isn't afraid of letting her know of his feelings (think of Lee and Naruto and their feelings towards Sakura combined, oh and Sakura's infatuation with Sasuke, omg poor Mikoto...). He was actually who she was running away from when she meets Wataru.

ShikaTema - Wataru
SasuHina - Mikoto
NaruSaku - Kenji

Anyways, having nothing better to do Wataru follows her and finds her crouching behind some crate or whatever and asks her what she's doing, Kenji passes by at that same moment and asks him if he's seen Mikoto and gives a creepily accurate description of her, even gesturing to his chest and telling him her bra size... Anyways, right eye twitching and very disturbed but understanding immediately, Wataru points Kenji some random direction, before helping Mikoto find another hiding spot...

This is pretty much how their relationship is in the beginning, the both of them running into each other whenever he happens to be in Konoha while she's trying to hide, and him always coming to her rescue. They become friends, but then eventually Wataru finds himself going to Konoha even though he's not in hot water with his mom, also subconsciously searching for her instead of hoping they'd run into each other, and it's the same with her.

He's too chicken to ask her out though... Hinata, knowing how Shikamaru is personally, tells her daughter (while Sasuke's away on a mission of course) that, if Wataru is anything like his dad, she's the one who has to make the first move. So one day she finds him and thinking she's on the run again he grabs her hand to lead her some place to hide, but nearly tripping he realizes she hasn't moved, slightly panicking that the strawberry blonde would show up any minute, he asks her what's wrong. Blushing to the roots of her hair she can't speak so instead she just drags him over to a nearby teahouse and they have lunch.

Now they meet up whenever he's in Konoha, regardless of whether or not she's on the run, they're not officially together because both are too shy to come out and say it. But even though they don't say it out loud, Mikoto is pretty up front with her feelings for him and he doesn't mind the attention (he enjoys it), hugs, hand holding, or the coddling, so they might as well be a couple. He WILL be the first to confess though, there are other boys besides Kenji (though he's arguably the worst) that might like Mikoto, so even if he is lazy and believes Mikoto can do better than his lazy ass that doesn't mean he's willing to give her up (he gets this possessiveness from his mother). He loves her too much ;D

So yeah there you go! Who they are, how they met, and how they got together. Lol it almost feels like it took longer to write all this than drawing it, but whatever. Will color this eventually^^
